Frednel is a Fulbright Scholar who studied public policy at Ohio University. Prior to receiving his Fulbright Scholarship, Frednel earned an undergraduate degree in business administration from the Adventist University of Haiti.

He also obtained a postgraduate degree in population and development at the State University of Haiti via the Faculty of Human Sciences.

Since 2009, Frednel has been a consultant in private sector development, project management (IDB/MIF), business incubation, evaluation and other studies for USAID, the Salvation Army (TSA) and the Haitian government.

Frednel has created and/or incubated more than a dozen companies since 2010.

Emmanuel Juste is a Haitian social entrepreneur by training. He is the national director of Epic Haiti.
Emmanuel previously worked for Dlo Haiti, a business partner of V'ice. He was Director of Vice Haiti (a social enterprise of the Social Ventures Foundation) for 4 years.

V'ice Haiti has addressed one of the challenges of food insecurity by employing unemployed youth, especially women, to provide affordable vitaminization with a vitamin snow cone (fresco) to low-income communities. He has a background in education, architecture and business. He is fluent in Creole, French and English.
